OVERVIEW Bondcote
® History Vinyl Metal Lamination (VML) production was established in 1982, based in Basingstoke, United Kingdom. Since then the company has established a reputation for excellence of quality and service in both home markets and around the world. Customer relations are taken very seriously, in which our performance is as sound as the dependability of our Laminates. What is
Bondcote ® VML ? Bondcote VML is a combination of colourful tough vinyl film, with the sophistication of textured deep rich Plain or Metallic colours plus Woodgrain, or Abstract print designs permanently bonded to sheets of Steel or Aluminium. Bondcote Laminates provide "pre-finished yet post-formable" sheet stock that is user friendly and will withstand subsequent sheet metal working, such as shearing, notching, piercing and draw forming. Bondcote VML is clean to handle, has a "self lubricating" surface to extend tool life and has an easily cleaned surface that is warm to touch. Where
is Bondcote ® VML used ?
Why use
Bondcote ® VML ? Cost advantages include; no additional production plant, chemicals, paint, cleaning or stoving required. No local environmental emissions, effluent or fire hazard. Bondcote VML has a built in 0.2 mm thick "electrically Insulating skin" with conducting metal base ideal for "enclosures and teletronics applications" that require E.M. Shielding and strength.
